Enterprise risk management (ERM) is an emerging discipline within the education environment. Well-managed schools are building a common understanding and analysis of risks to better manage operations and maintain their value and reputation among multiple stakeholders. Learn how ERM is being integrated into strategic planning, operations management, and internal controls, and is helping educators manage their classroom, economic, community, personnel, safety, and other types of risks.
